PRODUCT GENERAL INFORMATION

What is Bone Conduction Technology?

Bone conduction technology allows you to hear sound through the vibration of your bones, bypassing the eardrums. This method is safer for your ears and allows you to stay aware of your surroundings.

How do I determine the right size for bone conduction headphones?

Use a soft tape measure or string to measure the distance from behind one ear to the other. If the distance is 10 inches or less, the headphones should fit comfortably.

How do I download music to the POLVCDG-X15 headphones?

Connect the headphones to your computer using the provided data cable. Once connected, the headphones will appear as a USB drive. You can then drag and drop MP3 files directly into this drive.

Are these headphones waterproof?

Most of our bone conduction headphones, including the Lenovo X3 Pro, POLVCDG-X15, Vaorlo S10, and Vwinget AKZ-G3, are designed to be sweat-resistant and water-resistant (IPX5 to IPX8 ratings). However, they are not suitable for swimming unless specified.

How long do the headphones last on a single charge?

Battery life varies by model:

  • Lenovo X3 Pro: About 7 hours of playtime.
  • POLVCDG-X15: Up to 10 hours of battery life.
  • Vaorlo S10: Up to 8 hours of playtime.
  • Puredemo DG08: Approximately 5 hours of playtime.
  • Sanag B21S: Varies by usage, typically lasts for several hours.
  • Vwinget AKZ-G3: Up to 30 hours of playtime.
Why do my headphones not automatically connect to my device?

Most of our headphones are designed to reconnect to the last paired device. If they don’t, you may need to manually select the device in your Bluetooth settings.

Can I use these headphones while swimming?

Only the Vwinget AKZ-G3 is rated for IPX8 waterproofing, which supports swimming. Other models, including the Vaorlo S10, are only sweat-proof and water-resistant for daily use but not suitable for swimming.

How do I clean and maintain my headphones?

To maintain the longevity of your headphones:

  • Rinse with clean water after use, especially after exposure to sweat or saltwater.
  • Avoid soaking the headphones in water for long periods.
  • Clean the charging ports regularly to prevent corrosion.
  • Use a 5V 2A or 5V 1A charger for optimal charging.
What if the sound leaks from my bone conduction headphones?

Bone conduction headphones use vibrations to transmit sound, so some sound leakage is natural. To minimize this, adjust the volume to 70-80% for the best experience.

How far can I be from my device and still stay connected?

Our bone conduction headphones have a Bluetooth range of up to 10 meters (33 feet) in an unobstructed environment.
